Ayurveda – The Science of Life

Ayurveda, India’s ancient science of life, dates back over 5,000 years and is deeply rooted in the Vedic tradition. It teaches that true wellness arises from harmony—within ourselves and with the world around us.

Drawing on the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—Ayurveda recognizes three vital energies or doshas: Vata(air/space), Pitta (fire/water), and Kapha (earth/water).
